Cafe Hopping in Melbourne

-->

Hello You!

I’ve been thinking whether to chuck everything, like the to-see, to-do, to-eat, in Melbourne all in one post or separate them into different posts. Loving IGstory these days that allows you to do a poll, let me which one you actually prefer ya!

But for now, the small chunk of food content will serve as an appetizer.

BABKA BAKERY CAFE

Located in the Fitzroy Street, where there are so many areas to take pictures and good food, we chance upon this bakery where there are only Aussies! Their button mushroom is really good, but their scrambled eggs are just normal. Melbourne is really a city that loves coffee, as every café’s coffee is just so good~

Also, there is certain timing where people will just head in and queue for its bread/cake, we didn’t manage to have that cause we’re so full from our breakfast!

LUNE CROISSANTS & COFFEE

-->
I know it feels weird to have two croissants recommendation in a post like this together, but Lune croissant is the most sinful fluffy croissant I’ve tried. They have multiple layers in-between the croissant with the crispiest layer of skin! Watch my vlog and you know what I mean, and no decent image taken as we’re dying to give it a bite!

HUMBLE RAY

“Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish”, the famous quote from Steve Jobs written proudly as part of its interior design. Their coffee is also a humble one, that has the prettiest packaging but the cheapest I’ve drink (apart from that badass $1 decent 7-Eleven Coffee).

Coffee seems like life in winter weather, and it keeps both your heart and body warm throughout the walk. We have walked quite a few miles as the weather is not humid and pleasant.

ST. ALI CAFE

-->
An underground café that I’ve been to, and loving those fairy lights inside the café that brings out the utmost great vibes for chilling and slipping the coffee. The coffee taste more towards the cocoa side, so I would recommend for not a heavy coffee drinker, as its pretty mild.

THE KETTLE BLACK

-->
I would so much prefer the grab-and-go that is located straight outside its café. The kettle black is located right next to our Airbnb location. The food is pretty expensive but their coffee is about $4.50 only, for black or white. For the grab-and-go version, if I’m not mistaken, it actually cost only $3, and there is the heater lamppost that is so freaking cool for an image! We just missed that shot`

That's all my recommendations for Meblourne Coffee Trip, till then,

Tata,
Tiff.
