We will never know how much we hurt them.
Everyone has their own weak spot, whether it's look, figure or
personality. Whether it's big or small, it's still a weak spot.
Some tried to hide
it, while others tried to put up a brave front. But no matter how they tried,
whenever someone touches it, laugh it or tease about it. They will get
affected, tried hard to laugh along but once they are alone, feeling lonely.
Tears might stream down their cheeks; mind will fill with those mocking where
others had already forgotten.
It's always easy
to laugh at someone. But have you ever think that that someone might get
mentally abused by your without-a-think mocking? And they might remember it for
life?
Many people said
those people who went through cosmetic surgery are fake. Yes, they are fake but you
know why they are willing to go through cosmetic surgery? It’s because they feel insecure
about their looks or figure. It’s because everyone keep mocking at their single
eyelid, fat nose or even their fats.
After once, twice or third times of cosmetic surgeries, it soon
become a self-esteem booster. Because all they remember are," you are
ugly, bitch”," why you have such a flat nose?"," why your eyes
are so small? Can u even see my face?" or the most common one, “why are
you so fat?”
These sound
familiar right? Because you have said to people around you before, even I
said it before. We usually think that it's okay to tease our friends or family
members but we never know how much we mentally abused them.
So instead of
mocking each other's weak spot, why not praise their strength? I don't mean boot licking, but if they really do something well, why not say a simple,"
good job" or "hey u are really good in this stuff, it's good that u
did helped out." I don't mean saying it sarcastically but say it with the
bottom of your heart.
P.S/ Many times we only see the others’ bad or weak side but
we usually don’t notice their good side. It’s like your eyes tend to ignore the
sight of your nose when it’s there. So clear your eyes now and start noticing
your nose friends or family’s strength.
